Elizabeth Anderson
Administrative Assistant
Liz is our full time administrative assistant with over 15 years of customer service experience. She grew up in the Midwest, then lived in Georgia before moving to Maryland.She really enjoys getting to know people from all walks of life and helping them in their mental health journey. Liz has a husband, three kids and grandkids who she adores. In her off time, Liz does training with her dogs and competes with them in Agility, American Schutzhund and Fast Cat racing.

Vicky Marie Deuboue
AC-CRNP-FAMILY, DNP
I am a nurse practitioner with a 2013 degree from Pace University. I began working in both outpatient and inpatient internal medicine settings after completing my training. Since 2018, I’ve shifted my focus towards mental health treatment, devoting the majority of my professional time to caring with psychiatric patients.
Over my work, I have treated patients with a variety of mental health diseases, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, psychosis, and others. I am dedicated to providing my patients with compassionate care and assisting them in achieving maximum mental health and wellness.
In addition to my work with patients, I believe in the necessity of mental health education for individuals and communities. I have conducted online and in-person talks and presentations on mental health-related topics.

Paul Ackah

My name is Paul Ackah, a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with over 14 years of Psychiatric Nursing, now accepting clients for in person and Tele-health appointments @ Kema Health Services.
I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management and zealously treats patients with a wide range of mental health concerns including but not limited to Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, and PTSD. I thoroughly assess each patient’s concerns, medical history, and traumatic experience in search of potential triggers that might be a contributing factor to the identified ailments. Looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your problems and finding the right solution for you with a holistic approach.

Allyson Lawson

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) trained to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan. My approach to mental health care is patient centered, holistic, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe place for the patient to feel comfortable discussing their mental health needs by incorporating compassion, hope and a non-judgmental approach. Additionally, I am a LGBTQI-A ally and want to welcome everyone.
My goal as a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your life experiences and to determine the best holistic treatment plan for you.I completed my undergraduate of nursing at University of Colorado at Colorado Spring with a master’s in nursing from University of Colorado and a second Master’s in Nursing from the University of Delaware with a special focus in mental health. I have a special interest in treating patients who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety.
